Day 2 in Barra Grande

Today we were on the water by 11am. The wind was good for my 8m Cabrinha Siren. Paul was on his 10m Cabrinha Switchblade. I did my unhooked tricks in front of BGK and then we headed down to the lagoon where I landed a couple of unhooked pop to blind tricks. The water was perfectly flat and we had a great time in the lagoon. Even though I really want to try out the donkey ride back, we decided to kite back upwind.

The wind picked up in the afternoon and the waves got bigger. We decided to skip the afternoon session and walk through town instead.

Francesco told us that La Pizza has super good pizzas so we decided to give it a try:

After dinner we had ice cream. AÇAI ice cream – sooooooo good and my new absolute favorite! I wish I could get Açai ice cream everywhere or at least in Venezuela!
